Integration

Data integration is a major area of concern for HRMS software users. Integrating employee information without discrepancies and leaks from customer’s existing systems to our system is a challenging task as the future payroll, performance measurement, appraisals, etc. depends on it.

If a preconfigured integration isn’t available for the third-party HR management system used by our customers’ organization, we provide custom integration configurations with HR Service Delivery to synchronize employee profiles and other data between the two systems. Our system successfully integrates attendance module with biometric mechanism, integrates employee accounts with Navision and also integrates recruitment system with job portals.
